Return and Exchange Policy

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.
• All original packaging (box, pouch, bag) must be included, as it is considered part of the product.
• Shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your item, it will go through a quality control inspection to ensure it meets our standards. If approved, your exchange will be processed. If not, the item will be returned to you.

Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders and free delivery within Lebanon.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days when the item is available in stock. If the requested size or gold color is not immediately available, shipment will be processed within 15 business days.
For larger or special orders, including multiple pieces or specific gold selections, production may require up to 25 business days prior to shipment.

Taxes & Customs Duties
For international shipments, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities, and we are unfortunately unable to estimate or control these fees in advance.
Jewelry Care
Keep jewelry away from chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and prolonged heat.
Remove pieces during swimming, exercising, or any activity that may cause scratches or impact. Store items individually in their pouch or box, fasten chains and lay flat to avoid tangling. Clean gold, gemstones, and diamonds gently with a soft cloth and mild soapy water.
Remove jewelry before sleeping and periodically check clasps and stone settings.
Following these guidelines will help maintain your jewelry’s beauty. Please note that Lucie Fine Jewelry cannot be responsible for damage caused by accidental wear, rough handling, or exposure to extreme conditions.
